Reena Koul
Director - Business Development
Reena works in Business Development and is with Santane since year 2010. Her qualifications include B.Eng. (Mechanical) and MBA (Finance). Her role includes developing strategic plans to advance the company’s mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organisation. She manages the planning, developing, and implementing strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company. Her role involves stakeholder liaison and team management. Reena is keen on fitness and spends her free time working out in open areas or in gym.

Seema Dhar
India
Seema operates from Indian Office and has been with Santane since year 2011.Her position involves business operations management and promoting Santane in Indian markets by liaising with clients from various business sectors. Seema has extensive experience of about 10 years in areas like Project Management, Team Management, Recruitment and Sales. She has MBA degree is Human Resources Management. She enjoys travelling and exploring new places.

Nick Heather
United Kingdom
Nick has worked as Naval Architect and Project Manager. More than 30 years of experience working within the energy sector, in the UK, Portugal, Spain and Houston, Texas, with office and site roles for conversion and newbuild facility project. He has worked with EPC contractors, drilling, and energy companies on an array of international projects for Brazil, West Africa, North Sea. Developing from an engineering apprenticeship HNC, with B.Eng. in Ship Science he has been recently elected as a FRINA. When not supporting Santane he is keenly addressing decarbonization and sustainability for the LNG project and energy value chain project in Alaska.
Nick is engaged with business development and strategic guidance to Santane and ensures uptake of latest technological advancements in his role as NED. He is a keen sailor and biker, and siting on a RYA technical committee

Evaldas Arnotas
Operations Manager - Baltics
Evaldas Arnotas is the Operations Manager at Santane, leading operations, business development, and the delivery of high-value engineering and process safety consultancy services across the Baltic region. He holds Master's degrees in Safety Engineering and Organization Management and has extensive experience in the Energy, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Manufacturing, and Food sectors.
He specialises in Process Safety Management, Functional Safety, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL Verification, ATEX, FERA/BRA, QRA, and Safety Report development. Committed to elevating industry standards, Evaldas also designs and delivers executive workshops and professional training programmes that strengthen technical competence, regulatory compliance, and corporate safety cultures.

Zurab Petrov
Operations Manager - Czech Republic
Zurab Petrov is the Operations Manager at Santane, leading operations, business development, and the delivery of high-value engineering and process safety consultancy services across the Central European region. He has a strong foundation in process and functional safety, bringing extensive experience from complex industrial projects across LNG, regasification, petrochemical, refinery, and terminal facilities. His expertise includes HAZOP/LOPA leadership, SIL allocation and verification, SRS development, ESD and F&G systems, and FSA activities in line with IEC 61508 and IEC 61511. He has also contributed to HAZID, QRA, feasibility studies, O&M and CSU documentation, P&ID/PFD development, and SEVESO compliance.
Zurab is particularly focused on combining deep technical safety knowledge with stronger operational leadership capability, with growing interest in ATEX, FMEA, alarm management, and practical operational governance.
